Oxygen Deprivation and Stress – Can They Be Beneficial?

In my previous interview with Patrick McKeown, he shared the many surprising benefits of correct breathing technique, and even how he reversed his own chronic asthma.  In today’s episode, Chad Lefevre and I discuss what we’ve learned from Patrick’s episode, and especially the Buteyko Breathing method.  This method actually temporarily increases the level of CO2 in our bodies – and this is a good thing!  The right amount of stressing the body has very beneficial results.  It may sound odd, but watch the episode and it will all make sense.
