Most of us sadly live disconnected from nature, and don’t get nearly the amount of sunlight that our ancestors did – and that our bodies crave.  Most of us don’t rise with the sun or go to bed along with it.  Not only this, but we are surrounded by artificial light which can interrupt our natural rhythms.  It’s no wonder that so many of us are experiencing mental health issues, fatigue, and countless other issues with our bodies and minds.
